THE EXPERIENCE

Capturing light, feelings, moments and all the things in between people and life.

I am inspired by light, and the human connection. I combine my love for natural light and authentic moments to capture the essence of your relationship. My style of work  is candid, natural and non-obtrusive. I offer direction when needed, but for the most part will allow your natural chemistry to take the lead. Let your bodies naturally mold in to one another as they would if you were snuggling on the couch watching your favorite movie.

"I wish you joy and happiness, but above all this, I wish you love."

Weddings

Choosing a wedding photographer is a big deal, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with the person who will be working so closely and intimately with you on one of the biggest days of your life. When we have our initial call, I’ll ask you details about yourselves, and also give you an idea of what the process will be like working with me. We’ll chat about your timeline and logistics, your wedding day vision, and more.

Family

My goal for every family session is to capture you and your favorite people in a playful and natural way. Together, we will create beautiful images that are a candid and timeless representation of you and your loved ones. Let your children have fun, while you get close and cuddly with your partner. We'll create timeless memories while capturing your most authentic moments as a family.

Love Notes

"Anaise was wonderful. She was a great communicator and above all took amazing photos of our event. Our event was untraditional and she was very accommodating. We took pictures in Brooklyn where it wasn’t the nicest scenery and she found great spots that came out beautiful."

Jacqueline

"Anaise was so great to work with throughout our engagement shoot and wedding photos. Our engagement photos were so beautiful! Cannot wait to see what she captured on our special day. Her style captures true love without posing or making things look staged. She has a wonderful eye."

FAQ

How soon should I book a photographer?

It's best practice to book your wedding photography a 10 months to year in advance. If the work resonates with you, and you feel the personality is a good fit, don't hesitate to lock your photographer in ASAP. My calendar fills fast, and I would hate the opportunity to miss out on your day.

When Will I receive my photos?

Preview galleries are delivered the week following your event (sneak peeks come after a few days, so don't forget to follow along on instagram). Final galleries are delivered between 6 - 10 weeks.

Do you help with the wedding timeline?

Yes!

Prior to your wedding day, I will create a photography schedule to help guide you through your day, ensuring that no important moment goes unnoticed. During our initial call, we will discuss the events of the day to consider, as well as the amount of time to be allotted for each event. In order to give you the most accurate timeline information, I’ll need to know your ceremony start time, and if you’re interested in a first look.

How many photos will I receive in my wedding gallery?

The amount of images delivered is dependent on the amount of wedding day coverage. While no specific amount of images is guaranteed, you can expect 75 to 100 images per hour.

What is required to book my date?

A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer. Once you determine that you would like to move forward I will send you my contract via email for you to sign electronically.

What is a First Look?

While it may not be traditional, a first look is an unforgettable experience that I recommend to all clients. It is a beautiful, private moment between you and your partner, which sets the tone for the remainder of your magical, relaxing day. A first look helps to alleviate nerves, and gives you the opportunity to spend more of the day together. After all, the day is about the two of you! Having a first look provides more time for portraits, as well as more portraits. Take portraits prior to the ceremony, celebrate at cocktail hour with friends and family. Getting this step out of the way early in the day frees up the rest of your time to spend with your guests.
